Day 01: Welcome to Lisbon

Tour Manager / Local Representative will meet you outside the airport. Proceed for dinner and then to the hotel and check–in.

Note: Joining direct passenger / NRI can check-in on your own at the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1500 hrs. Packed dinner will be provided in case of late arrivals of flight or long queue at the immigration.

Day 02: Visit Cabo Da Roca – Sintra – Guided city tour of Lisbon

This morning, drive to Cabo Da Roca – the western most point of continental Europe for a must-do photo-stop. Later spend some free time in the historic center of Sintra – a UNESCO World Heritage Site located on the Portuguese Riviera. Later in the afternoon enjoy a guided city tour of Lisbon: See the Baixa, the Belém Tower and entrance to the Royal Palacethe church of St. Jerome Monastery – a UNESCO World Heritage site which also has the tomb of the famous explorer Vasco da Gama – first European to reach India by sea.

Day 03: Guided city tour Seville – Horse carriage ride – Flamenco show

Today, check-out and proceed to Seville, situated on the banks of the River Guadalquivir. On arrival, enjoy a guided city tour followed by a horse carriage ride. Later this evening, enjoy the traditional Flamenco show.

Day 04: Ronda – Granada – Guided tour of Alhambra and Generalife gardens

This morning, check-out and drive to Ronda where you will enjoy a guided walking tour of the famous white washed village. View the Puente Nuevo Bridge. Next, drive to Granada and proceed for guided tour of Alhambra with Generalife Gardens. (Entrance to the Palace not included).

Day 05: Guided city tour of Toledo – Visit a Sword factory

Today, check-out and drive to Toledo. On arrival, proceed on a guided tour: See the cathedral of Toledo, Puente San Martin, important squares and narrow winding cobblestone streets. Next, visit a Sword factory and drive towards Madrid.

Day 06: Guided city tour of Madrid – Visit a Bullring – Visit Real Madrid Football Stadium

This morning, enjoy a guided city tour of Madrid: Visit the largest bullring of Madrid – Las Ventas Plaza De Torros, see the old town, the city centre, church of San Francisco El Grande, the fountains of Paseo del Prado, Atocha station, and many more historical and modern sites including entrance to Santiago Bernabau – the Real Madrid Football Stadium. Later, spend some free time to shop and explore the city on your own.

Day 07: Guided city tour of Valencia

Today, check-out and drive to Valencia. On arrival, enjoy a guided city tour: See the Plaza Reina, the stunning Cathedral the central market and more. Also, see the City of Arts & Sciences, one of the more recent architectural landmarks of Valencia.

Day 08: Guided city tour of Barcelona – Visit Sagrada Familia

Today, check-out and drive to Barcelona. On your guided tour of Barcelona you will see the Olympic Village, Montjuic, Placa de Catalunya, visit Sagrada Familia and many more beautiful sights.

Day 09: Visit Montserrat – Free time at La Rambla – Free time at Barcelona beach

This morning drive to Montserrat – a multi peaked rocky range which houses the virgin of Montserrat and Spain’s first national park. Later drive back to Barcelona and spend some free time at La Rambla – the famous tree-lined central avenue of Barcelona with cafes and souvenir shops. Later this evening, spend some free time at Barcelona beach.

Day 10: Return Home

Today, we check out and proceed to the airport for your flight back home. It’s time to say goodbye to all the new friends you have made. We hope you take back many happy memories of your holiday. It is Traveller’s responsibility to obtain and be in possession of the comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance, including medical insurance with provision for air evacuation, insurance in case of accidents, sudden sickness, medical expenses or death, before embarking on a tour. Our company is neither responsible nor liable for any claims, damage or loss as a result of Client’s failing to obtain necessary insurance cover.

We are however, happy to provide you travel insurance as per the plan you select which can offer you comprehensive coverage at highly competitive costs.

Age limit to provide Insurance – Up to 75 years. For Insurance, all rates given are per person in USD.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 40% payment at the time of confirmation
• Balance payment within 07 days of confirmation or travel date whichever is earlier.

We accept payments via bank transfer/Debit & Credit cards also. In case of a bank transfer please add USD 40 per transfer per time you transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We need to receive a cancellation request in writing for us to proceed with cancellation. The following charges will be applicable based on the cancellation request received by us.

If you cancel –

• 60 days prior to departure there will be a 35% deduction on the package cost.
• 59 – 45 days prior to departure: 75% deduction on the package cost.
• 44 days or less: 100% deduction on the package cost.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• All rooms, rates and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Rates are not valid for Events / Fairs / Long weekends / Festivals / Blackout dates.
• In case the same hotels / lodges / camps / resorts are not available we reserve the right to change them in the same star category.
• Child rates apply for children aged from 02 to 11 years old. 1 child sharing a room with 2 adults (depending on hotel policy). If the hotel doesn’t have availability for family rooms, adult rates will apply.
• If certain tours / entrances are closed during certain periods, alternative options will be provided.
• Train fares / reservations are dynamic, subject to availability and non-refundable once issued.
• Rates quoted are not applicable during trade fair periods, major American Holidays and other major events.
• Early check-in, late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel and not guaranteed unless paid for.
• We reserve the rights to reschedule the itinerary or routing.
• Unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
• Tours will be seat in coach basis (Unless mentioned otherwise) where guests have to reach on time at designated pick up point.
• Any delays from your side are considered a no show.

• Rates are not valid during any events & festivals and blackout dates.
• Most of the Hotels/ Lodges/ Camps / Apartments may ask for a security deposit at the time of check-in, which is refundable at the time of check-out and is subject to the hotel/lodge’s policy.
• We reserve all rights. Any damages caused whilst on tour shall be borne (paid or settled) locally by the client, we will not be liable for the same.
• In view of the current situation, please be advised that whilst the information and rates quoted are correct as of today’s date – we retain the right to adjust rates based on any changes to current operational or capacity restrictions imposed by Governments or other Authorities.
• You must carry a valid credit card for incidentals at hotel and government issued photo ID with you all the time.
• Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am at most hotels.
• You are liable to call and inform your travel agent/driver number mentioned in the itinerary, in case of any flight time changes. In most cases, driver will not wait more than his/her designated time mentioned in the itinerary and you might miss your transfer.
• Please allow 15-20 mins. pick-up window for shared ride transfers & tours. The shuttle/tour bus shall arrive within 15-20 mins. of your scheduled pickup time.
• Please note guests must arrange their own transportation to the designated pick-up location for any sightseeing tours listed in your itinerary above.
• We reserve the right to amend the itinerary and arrange for alternate accommodations or services due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any items/incidentals used by individuals in their respective rooms like drinks, snacks, beverages, television channels, overflow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc. will be billed to your rooms & shall have to be paid for by you before checkout.
• We or our local land partner do not hold any responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries or theft.
• Smoking is not allowed in most of the hotels. You shall be liable to pay a minimum of $200-$500 fine if you are caught smoking / smoking is detected in your hotel room.
• Any additional services required once tour starts will require a credit card to book those services.
• Restaurant/hotel/service changes cannot be made once the group is on tour.
• Wi-Fi is available at the hotels; we cannot guarantee that connectivity will be consistently functional for the entire time of your stay and it is not free in some hotels.
• Consuming of food & beverages are not allowed while bus is in motion. Adults & children are not allowed to stand or walk while bus is moving, if any injury occurs Discover Destinations is not responsible.
• Travel Insurance – we strongly recommend clients purchase full travel insurance to cover all emergencies including medical.  Clients shall be individually responsible for any costs and/or liabilities arising out of non-purchase of insurance and/or purchase of insurance without the appropriate coverage. • This quote is based on the current taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable at the time of quotation.  Any subsequent change in the tax tables would be applicable to this quote.
• We or our local land partner will not be liable for any changes relating to cancellation of any component of a client’s itinerary outside of 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date unless travel agency/client was notified by us at the time of booking that any component or service has special cancellation charges that extend beyond 31 days prior to arrival.
• Breakfast time is usually 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM depending on hotels. Some hotels this may vary. We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings or early morning tours.
• Surcharges for weekends and convention may apply for any trade fair/special event in city.
