This is a group departure and is on fixed dates. This is an Indian tour manager / Indian food friendly tour.

Day 02: Visit Mt. Titlis – Orientation tour of Lucerne
This morning, proceed to Mt Titlis where you will take cable car rides including the world’s first rotating cable car, the Rotair – to the top of Mt. Titlis at 3,020 meters. Do not forget to visit the “Cliff Walk” a suspension bridge along the cliff of Mt. Titlis.” Later proceed for an orientation tour of Lucerne: See the Lion Monument, Kapell Brucke with some free time to shop for famous Swiss watches, knives and chocolates.

Day 03: Day at leisure OR Excursion to Jungfraujoch and Interlaken (Optional)

Day is at leisure OR you can join us on an adventurous ride to visit Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe. Take a cogwheel train from Lauterbrunnen / Grindelwald Grund to a height of 3,454 meters to Europe’s highest railway station. Visit the Ice Palace and the Sphinx observatory deck to view the longest glacier in the Alps. Later, take a photo stop at Interlaken.

Day 04: See Rhine falls – Black Forest – Orientation tour of Heidelberg
This morning, check out & drive to Schaffhausen to see the Rhine Falls. Next visit the heart of Black Forest, for a demonstration on cuckoo clocks. Later drive to Heidelberg for an orientation tour.

Day 05: Rhine River cruise – Cologne Cathedral – Orientation tour of Brussels

Today, check out & enjoy a scenic cruise on the River Rhine. Next proceed to Cologne: Visit the Cologne Cathedral. Later, drive to Brussels for an orientation tour: Visit the Grand Place and see the Manneken Pis statue.

Day 06: Visit Mini Europe – Guided city tour of Paris – Lido Show (Optional)

This morning, check out & visit Mini Europe – Europe in miniature. Next drive to Paris and enjoy a guided city tour: See the Alexander Bridge, Arc de Triumph, Concorde Square, Opera House, Invalides, Champs Elysees and much more. Tonight you have a chance to see the world famous Lido Show (Optional).

Day 07: Eiffel Tower (2nd Level) – Disneyland Park OR Studios (Optional) OR La Vallee shopping Village (Optional)

Visit the Eiffel Tower (2nd level). Later you have a choice to join us for Disneyland Park OR Disneyland Studios and enjoy rides OR you can opt for a shopping experience at La Vallee Village with transfers.

Note: In capital cities like Paris there are parking restrictions for coaches and it is not possible to stop at all the places during the city tour. Tour Manager will try his/her best to stop coach wherever possible for a photo stop.

In case your tour is cancelled or curtailed short due to visa issues, we will be unable to provide you any refund of the tour cost.

It is Traveller’s responsibility to obtain and be in possession of the comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance, including medical insurance with provision for air evacuation, insurance in case of accidents, sudden sickness, medical expenses or death, before embarking on a tour. Our company is neither responsible nor liable for any claims, damage or loss as a result of Client’s failing to obtain necessary insurance cover.

We are however, happy to provide you travel insurance as per the plan you select which can offer you comprehensive coverage at highly competitive costs.

Age limit to provide Insurance – Up to 75 years. For Insurance, all rates given are per person in USD.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 40% payment at the time of confirmation
• Balance payment within 07 days of confirmation or travel date whichever is earlier.

We accept payments via bank transfer/Debit & Credit cards also. In case of a bank transfer please add USD 40 per transfer per time you transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We need to receive a cancellation request in writing for us to proceed with cancellation. The following charges will be applicable based on the cancellation request received by us.

If you cancel –

• 60 days prior to departure there will be a 35% deduction on the package cost.
• 59 – 45 days prior to departure: 75% deduction on the package cost.
• 44 days or less: 100% deduction on the package cost.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• All rooms, rates and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Rates are not valid for Events / Fairs / Long weekends / Festivals / Blackout dates.
• In case the same hotels / lodges / camps / resorts are not available we reserve the right to change them in the same star category.
• Child rates apply for children aged from 02 to 11 years old. 1 child sharing a room with 2 adults (depending on hotel policy). If the hotel doesn’t have availability for family rooms, adult rates will apply.
• If certain tours / entrances are closed during certain periods, alternative options will be provided.
• Train fares / reservations are dynamic, subject to availability and non-refundable once issued.
• Rates quoted are not applicable during trade fair periods, major American Holidays and other major events.
• Early check-in, late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel and not guaranteed unless paid for.
• We reserve the rights to reschedule the itinerary or routing.
• Unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
• Tours will be seat in coach basis (Unless mentioned otherwise) where guests have to reach on time at designated pick up point.
• Any delays from your side are considered a no show.
• No refund applicable in case of no show.
• Rates are not valid during any events & festivals and blackout dates.
• Most of the Hotels/ Lodges/ Camps / Apartments may ask for a security deposit at the time of check-in, which is refundable at the time of check-out and is subject to the hotel/lodge’s policy.
• We reserve all rights. Any damages caused whilst on tour shall be borne (paid or settled) locally by the client, we will not be liable for the same.
• In view of the current situation, please be advised that whilst the information and rates quoted are correct as of today’s date – we retain the right to adjust rates based on any changes to current operational or capacity restrictions imposed by Governments or other Authorities.
• You must carry a valid credit card for incidentals at hotel and government issued photo ID with you all the time.
• Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am at most hotels.
• You are liable to call and inform your travel agent/driver number mentioned in the itinerary, in case of any flight time changes. In most cases, driver will not wait more than his/her designated time mentioned in the itinerary and you might miss your transfer.
• Please allow 15-20 mins. pick-up window for shared ride transfers & tours. The shuttle/tour bus shall arrive within 15-20 mins. of your scheduled pickup time.
• Please note guests must arrange their own transportation to the designated pick-up location for any sightseeing tours listed in your itinerary above.
• We reserve the right to amend the itinerary and arrange for alternate accommodations or services due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any items/incidentals used by individuals in their respective rooms like drinks, snacks, beverages, television channels, overflow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc. will be billed to your rooms & shall have to be paid for by you before checkout.
• We or our local land partner do not hold any responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries or theft.
• Smoking is not allowed in most of the hotels. You shall be liable to pay a minimum of $200-$500 fine if you are caught smoking / smoking is detected in your hotel room.
• Any additional services required once tour starts will require a credit card to book those services.
• Restaurant/hotel/service changes cannot be made once the group is on tour.
• Wi-Fi is available at the hotels; we cannot guarantee that connectivity will be consistently functional for the entire time of your stay and it is not free in some hotels.
• Consuming of food & beverages are not allowed while bus is in motion. Adults & children are not allowed to stand or walk while bus is moving, if any injury occurs Discover Destinations is not responsible.
• Travel Insurance – we strongly recommend clients purchase full travel insurance to cover all emergencies including medical.  Clients shall be individually responsible for any costs and/or liabilities arising out of non-purchase of insurance and/or purchase of insurance without the appropriate coverage. • This quote is based on the current taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable at the time of quotation.  Any subsequent change in the tax tables would be applicable to this quote.
• We or our local land partner will not be liable for any changes relating to cancellation of any component of a client’s itinerary outside of 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date unless travel agency/client was notified by us at the time of booking that any component or service has special cancellation charges that extend beyond 31 days prior to arrival.
• Breakfast time is usually 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM depending on hotels. Some hotels this may vary. We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings or early morning tours.
• Surcharges for weekends and convention may apply for any trade fair/special event in city.
