Suggested day wise itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Amsterdam

Welcome to the Dutch Capital. Get inspired and fall in love with the beautiful city of canals, museum, cycles & exciting nightlife. A very vibrant & lively city. Meet your driver upon arrival & transfer to hotel by private transfer. Unpack your luggage, prepare your backpacks & charge your camera & devices for the exciting week that lies ahead. Overnight Amsterdam.

Day 02: Amsterdam

After Breakfast, proceed for the panoramic tour of the Dutch Capital.  Drive through the famous Amsterdam Museum square, & marvel at the architectural beauty of the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh, & Stedelijk Museum. Then visit GASSAN Diamonds Factory, located in a beautiful restored originally steam driven diamond factory & was built in 1879. See the diamond polishers at their craft, while multilingual guides explain where diamonds are found & how rough diamonds turn into dazzling brilliants.  Later  explore  the  city  by  one-hour canal  cruise,  which  includes can’t-miss  spectacles  & incredible buildings. You will see famous & illustrious landmarks such as the Anne Frank House Museum & the Skinny Bridge. Take pictures on the brilliant Amstel River as you drift by the historic Heritage Museum & hallowed Westerkerk Church. After the cruise, drive to the countryside north of Amsterdam, where we visit windmill village ‘de Zaanse Schans’. Through typical Dutch scenery we continue to Volendam for a city walk & the traditional fisherman’s village of Marken, situated on the shores of the former Zuiderzee & also a demonstration in a cheese factory & visit to a traditional clogmaker. Return by evening to the hotel. Overnight Amsterdam.

Day 03: Amsterdam – Brussels – Paris

After breakfast, checkout & proceed towards Paris. En-route we visit Belgian capital Brussels. We pass-by the widely known Atomium, the Chinese pavilion & Japanese Tower. Then visit the Sablon area, with its numerous antique shops, while passing the Palace of Justice & Royal Palace. The next part of our tour covers the district in which you will see the headquarters of the European Parliament & Commission. Reach Paris by early evening and check-in to your hotel. Stroll along the Seine and the Champs Elysees and stop at one of the Parisian cafés. Paris has amazing shopping and Galeries Lafayette on Boulevard Haussmann is well worth a visit. Overnight Paris.

Day 4: Paris

After Breakfast, meet your driver at your Hotel lobby & begin your discovery of Paris by taking a stroll along some of the charming Parisian avenues. Board your private vehicle for tour of Paris, where you’ll be given orientation to Paris’s main monuments – the Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, the Tuileries Gardens, as well as many other fantastic sights. This tour also includes a cruise on the river Seine & a visit to the Second floor of the Eiffel Tower. In the evening, why not explore the Latin Quarter on your own, which is renowned for its lively atmosphere & bistros. Perhaps visit the Louvre to catch a glimpse of Mona Lisa (not included). Paris has amazing shopping and Galeries Lafayette on Boulevard Haussmann is well worth a visit. In the evening perhaps visit one of the Paris cabarets such as the Lido (optional). Overnight Paris.

Optional:

1) Louvre Museum

Perhaps visit the Louvre to catch a glimpse of Mona Lisa Paris has amazing shopping and Galeries Lafayette on Boulevard Haussmann is well worth a visit.

2) Lido Show

In the evening perhaps visit one of the Paris cabarets such as the Lido

Day 05: Depart Paris

After breakfast, checkout and depart to Airport by private transfer. (Or you can extend your stay to explore the destination on own.)

In case your tour is cancelled or curtailed short due to visa issues, we will be unable to provide you any refund of the tour cost.

It is Traveller’s responsibility to obtain and be in possession of the comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance, including medical insurance with provision for air evacuation, insurance in case of accidents, sudden sickness, medical expenses or death, before embarking on a tour. Our company is neither responsible nor liable for any claims, damage or loss as a result of Client’s failing to obtain necessary insurance cover.

We are however, happy to provide you travel insurance as per the plan you select which can offer you comprehensive coverage at highly competitive costs.

Age limit to provide Insurance – Up to 75 years. For Insurance, all rates given are per person in USD.

Current Exclusion:

• To & from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Nepal & Bangladesh.
• From India (However to India (Inbound) is allowed).

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% payment at the time of confirmation
• Balance 50% within 07 days of confirmation or travel date whichever is earlier.

We accept payments via bank transfer/Debit & Credit cards also. In case of a bank transfer please add USD 30 per transfer per time you transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We need to receive a cancellation request in writing for us to proceed with cancellation. The following charges will be applicable based on the cancellation request received by us.

If you cancel –

• 60 days prior to departure there will be a 10% deduction on the package cost.
• 59 – 45 days prior to departure: 25% deduction on the package cost.
• 44 – 30 days prior to departure: 35% deduction on the package cost.
• 30 – 15 days prior to departure: 60% deduction on the package cost.
• 15 – 07 days prior to departure: 85% deduction on the package cost.
• 06 days or less: 100% deduction on the package cost.

TERM AND CONDITIONS:

• Please note that this is a van tour and hence the costing is based on minimum 06 and maximum 16 passengers travelling together. The costing will change for less than 06 passengers.
• All rooms, rates and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Rates are not valid for Events / Fairs / Long weekends / Festivals / Blackout dates.
• In case the same hotels / lodges / camps / resorts are not available we reserve the right to change them in the same star category.
• Child rates apply for children aged from 2 to 11 years old. 1 child sharing a room with 2 adults (depending on hotel policy). If the hotel doesn’t have availability for family rooms, adult rates will apply.
• If certain tours / entrances are closed during certain periods, alternative options will be provided.
• Train fares / reservations are dynamic, subject to availability and non-refundable once issued.
• Standard check-in time at the hotel is generally 1500 hrs. and check-out 12 Noon.
• Rates quoted are not applicable during trade fair periods, major European Holidays and other major events.

• Early check-in, late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel and not guaranteed unless paid for.
• We reserve the rights to reschedule the itinerary or routing.
• Unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
• Tours will be seat in coach basis (Unless mentioned otherwise) where guests have to reach on time at designated pick up point.
• Any delays from your side are considered a no show.
• No refund applicable in case of no show.
• Rates are not valid during any events & festivals and blackout dates.
• Most of the Hotels/ Lodges/ Camps / Apartments may ask for a security deposit at the time of check-in, which is refundable at the time of check-out and is subject to the hotel/lodge’s policy.
• We reserve all rights. Any damages caused whilst on tour shall be borne (paid or settled) locally by the client, we will not be liable for the same.
• In view of the current situation, please be advised that whilst the information and rates quoted are correct as of today’s date – we retain the right to adjust rates based on any changes to current operational or capacity restrictions imposed by Governments or other Authorities.

If you book 90 days in advance you can get a reduction of up to 5% on the above rates.

If you book 29 or less days in advance you must pay a supplement of 5% on the above rates.

If you book 15 days or less in advance rates must be reconfirmed with us again.

Notes:

• Child with bed – may be given extra bed / mattress in the same room sharing with 02 fully Paid adults.
• Child No bed – will share the same room with 02 fully paid adults without any extra bedding
• If one adult and one child share a room child will be charged on adult rates.
• Infant – will share the same room with 02 fully paid adults without any extra bedding.
• All ages will be calculated as per the date of birth on the passport.
